Shanon has had many years working on various building sites. He has a particular interest in carpentry and broadening his knowledge in the construction industry. He is currently studying and working his way to acquiring his builder's license.

His boundless energy, enthusiasm and easy temperament ensures that even the toughest jobs are not an issue to deal with.

I had the great pleasure and great luck of engaging Resibuild to renovate my Paddington home in 2018. I had interviewed several builders but was immediately impressed with how Stavros from Resibuild was so very interested in my plans and what I wanted to do. He listened to me and gave me great advice. I didn't have a huge budget so I opted to put my trust in Stav and go for a 'cost plus' contract. It turned out to be the right decision for me.
Stav helped me through the whole process and had wonderful input and ideas. I felt really supported and developed an absolute trust in Stav's knowledge and expertise. We ended up significantly altering the design and I ended up with a much better home than I had originally hoped for, whilst staying within my original budget.

Stav added touches I hadn't thought of, and nothing was too much for him to do. He has a very good eye for design and in fact if I had had him from the beginning of the process I probably wouldn't have needed the services of an architect in retrospect.
As a woman, I am conscious that there are those out there who may take advantage of my lack of knowledge by overcharging or producing sub-standard work, and I have friends who have certainly been treated this way by tradespeople. It was so refreshing to be able to trust that I was in good hands, and protected throughout the whole process.

To say I am pleased with how the build was carried out is a gross understatement. The builders were always on time, highly organised, friendly and efficient. Their solutions to problems were intelligent and effective. They were meticulously clean and careful with my property. Even the way they packed the skips with military precision was designed to minimise my expense!

The build came in on time and on budget and I am thrilled with my new home. It is much more than I had hoped for and I owe a debt of gratitude to Stav and his team. I would be happy to recommend Resibuild and in fact have already had a number of friends and clients use them with very happy results.

Resibuild based in Paddington, is a residential construction company founded in 2001 by Stavros Vasiliou. It predominantly operates in the Eastern Suburbs and ensures it only has a small number of projects under construction at any one time. A conscious decision that allows personal relationships with clients and focused attention on the project.

As the managing director of Resibuild, Stavros Vasiliou strongly believes that every stage of building or renovating a new home should be an enjoyed experience for everyone involved. Working with clients at initial design stage, with architects or engaging at building time, he is always constantly challenging and pushing boundaries in all aspects of the design and build to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
